Q. Is my bank account information secure?

We understand that you may be concerned about privacy and security issues surrounding the use of the Internet for giving contributions. When you are entering and viewing Online Giving information you are using secure servers. All of your information is encrypted in 128-bit encryption prior to being transferred. 128-bit encryption is the form of protection used by financial institutions and Internet vendors for the safest method of transferring sensitive information.


Q. When would this automatic contribution be charged to my account?

On the signup screens, you can specify whether you want your contribution made one time, weekly, or once or twice monthly.


Q. Can I test this by giving one time?

Yes. You may test Online Giving by selecting “One Time Only” in the signup process.


Q. Can I designate my online giving to specific funds?

Yes. You currently have these four options: Tithes and OfferingsBuilding FundMissions, and Benevolence.


Q: How do I change my online giving amounts or payment schedules?

From the NCCC Home page go to Giving, select Tithing, Building or whatever payment you are changing, select Begin Giving Online and sign in. From the menu bar on top select My History and then My Payments. You can then edit or delete your scheduled giving.


Q: How do I change my online giving profile?

Sign on as above and select Edit Profile. You have the option to change your personal information. There are two places that an email address can be changed in a profile.

(1)  One is the profile email address. Sign on as above and select Edit Profile in the menu bar. Enter your new email address in the email box.

(2)  The other is the billing contact email that is filled out for a specific payment form and can actually be a different email address for each form with a recurring payment. Select My Payments in the menu bar, then select the edit button above the recurring payment.  The next page will have a Billing Email field that can be changed.
