My Request:
For the Lord's healing in relationship to a herniated disc in my back.  I came to Carlsbad from Phoenix, Arizona for a one-month stay.  I was located in the Mobile Park across from the church and attended your Sunday service.  I read of your prayer room for those who were in need of healing and restoration.  I knew my back needed both.  I was unable to sit for more than ten minutes at a time due to extreme pain and could only lie on my back in bed with my knees up.  I could stand and walk.  My daughter, who lives in Del Mar, had to fly back to Phoenix so she could drive me out to Carlsbad while I lay on my back.  I felt strongly that the Lord intended to heal me and I had been reading His healing scripture for 4 months:  Isaiah 53:5, Psalm 103:1-5 and Malachi 4:2.

How the Lord answered my request:
I came to the prayer room twice.  The team and I asked for my healing.  The second time I came on the following week and the pain had subsided and I could sit for a longer period of time.  My actions were no longer limited.  I could bend into the car easily, lie down on my side and stomach.  I now have no pain and no physical limitations.  Praise the Lord for His gracious mercy and loving kindness and to your loving prayer team.

My Request:
For healing of Stage 4 cancer symptoms in my liver and any traces of cancer in my entire body.

How the Lord answered my request:
Thus far there is no cancer except in my liver, which although the lesions/tumors did not shrink much in size, to the surprise of the doctor, the interior of the tumors show that the cell tissue is dead.  I am feeling much stronger now.

My Request:
In April of 2003 I was in a motorcycle accident, just 4 houses down my block. I was airlifted to the hospital and in ICU for 13 days. I was then transferred to rehab for 6 months. I can only remember praying that I could get back together with my family and asked the Lord to step into my life. I was ashamed to be where I was at, but I asked and prayed to my Lord to lift me up and to give me a speedy recovery so that I could be with my family. I remember my wife trying to handle everything and going to our church to pray for me. She would tell me that she asked the Lord to please heal me and to make me a better parent.  My son was only 6 months old. Every day I wanted to be with my family.  

How the Lord answered my request:
I was given a second chance.  The Lord answered my prayers. I was back with my family and I was able to return to my job. I was a lineman and they had told me that I would not be able to do that job with a brain injury. The Lord blessed me with my job back.  I also got my driver's license back. It was a miracle for me to be here and to get my life back. I honestly got a second chance in life.  This time I want it to be the Lords way. I love my church and the Lord.  My daughter is our second miracle.
