Hello! My name is Sarah Boyce, and I am SO excited to begin my second year working at Coast Kids Preschool.

I absolutely love working with preschool aged children and watching them learn, change, and grow through the year. I truly can’t express what privilege and joy it is for me to be able to work with each and every kiddo that enters through the doors of the school.

I have always loved working with preschool aged children. I volunteered as a Sunday School Teacher for preschoolers starting when I was in middle school and continued to do so through college. I also spent three years as a children’s leader for Bible Study Fellowship. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire but realized life is too short to not be doing something you absolutely love, so I have changed gears and I am currently working towards getting my AA in Early Childhood Education through Palomar College.

I have one daughter who is an alumni of Coast Kids Preschool. She is currently going into first grade at La Costa Meadows Elementary School and still talks about how much she loved her teachers and learning all about Jesus at Coast Kids. We also have a dog named Cody and have been living in Carlsbad since 2016.

In my free time I love spending time with my daughter, traveling, swimming, going to the beach and playing games. I also and an avid reader and love playing the piano.

I am so excited to get to know each and every one of you and your sweet children during this school year!
